Venue Hire - Motor Museum of Western Australia

A unique event venue space right in the heart of Whiteman Park

Motor Museum of Western Australia is a unique event hire offering multiple spaces, based on your hiring requirements. Whether you are looking for an event space for your car club AGM or show and shine, school or seminar or talk, we have spaces available.

Current as of July 2025, events can take place Monday – Sunday, 10am – 4pm with some exceptions. Please contact Motor Museum of Western Australia to discuss your specific needs.

RAC Room

The RAC Learning hub is a versatile room that can sit up 50 people for a sit-down meal or seminar/talk. It positions itself as a great space to host school groups for education purposes or special events.

The room incudes AV equipment, chairs and tables, lectern and more for your event.

Across the hall from the RAC room is a kitchen with full catering capabilities. If you would like to engage with an external group to cater your event, they are more than welcome to use this space.

M-Shelter

This space is reserved for car clubs only.

This area includes the M-Shelter gazebo, seating and access to the BBQs.

There is plenty of parking available on site. Car clubs are encouraged to use the grass area near the gazebo, however if required, more can park in front of the museum. We can allow up to 160 vehicles on display in the area.

Car clubs can hire the M-Shelter by contacting Motor Museum of Western Australia. Please mention if you are a member of the Council of Motoring Car Clubs WA as special pricing applies with your membership.

Volunteer Way

Due to be completely covered in financial year 2025/26, this space offers an outdoor area with full coverage. Perfect for large group events, the space includes a BBQ and small amount of seating, however, more can be included to make your event work as required.
